      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 140o celscius.

    2. Place the almonds on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and cool

    3. Place all ingredients in the Themomix bool and Turbo for 3 seconds.

    4. Pour into serving dish.

    5. Serve with cubes of Turkish bread, a good olive oil (I use a garlic infused one) and a good balsamic vinegar mixed.

    6. Dip the bread into the oil and vinegar mix then into the dukkah, delightful.

  • I made heaps of this dukkah for Christmas hamper...

I made heaps of this dukkah for Christmas hamper gifts - left a jar for myself. Mixed with plain flour to season chicken tenderloins or, just coat with dukkah only. Pan or oven fry. Very tasty.
