  1. Place sugar into TM bowl with Lemon rind and blitz on 10 for 5-10 seconds (Don't be too fussy, it will cook down).  Add prepared peaches and lemon juice.  Cook 40-60 mins on 100deg Counter-clockwise operationReverse Speed 2 (depending on how thick you like your jam). Tip

This is a very chunky,  sweet jam.  After preparing the peaches, weigh them and just make sure the amount of sugar that you use is 1/2 of the weight of the fruit.  Add lemon to suit (it helps with the setting of the jam).  If you don't want chunky jam, cook on Speed 2 without Reverse Counter-clockwise operation

Great recipe, I substituted lime rind in one batch and orange rind in another because I didn't have any lemons and both worked perfectly.

First time making peach jam. So easy - like super easy and so quick to prep. I made a double batch and I should have cooked it longer (rookie mistake), then I did a single as per recipe and it turned out perfectly. Thank-you so much. Now to cook some scones to have with it. tmrc_emoticons.D

Divine jam.... easy to make and the lemon just takes the super sweet edge off and freshens it up.

Making it for the second time this month using cheap over-ripe fruit.

    Thanks for sharing Smile

  • This jam tastes amazing! I

    Submitted by aaroncandy08 on 19. November 2013 - 12:27.

This jam tastes amazing! I used organic peaches from my local farmers market which also helps. I forgot to add the lemon rind and I'm not sure if it really needs it anyway as the end result is divine. I got 3x250ml jars from a double batch. I added butterfly before adding all ingredients and worked perfectly Party
