Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Sterilise a 400ml glass jar with lid and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 180deg
- Place a baking tray on top of mixing bowl lid and weigh nuts onto it. Spread nuts in an even layer then bake for 10 mins or until roasted. Set aside until completely cool.
- Place cooled nuts in mixing bowl and mill 1 min/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula, then mill for a further 1 min/speed 8. (you may need to stop 2-3 times and scrape down during milling.)
- Add salt and maple syrup to mixing bowl and hand stir with spatula to retain a nice consistency.
