Recipe's preparation
- Sauté your onions using the recipe with high heat in your TM6 (link in tips) or sauté from 3mins to 10mins (depending on how caramelised you want it) with 20g olive oil.
Cool before next step.
Add all other ingredients and mix for 10 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down sides and mix again on speed 4 for 10 seconds.
