  • 120 g tahini
  • 160-180 g water
  • 100 g olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon, med-large
  • 2-3 cm knob of ginger, peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder, (or curry powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, celtic/himalayan

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and process for 1 min at speed 9.


 Can be used as a dressing for a green salad, or over steamed or roasted vegetables. Serve cold or warm.

Garlic and Tahini Dressing

    Delicious! Had this on tabouli with falafel and it was perfect.

    This is delicious! I used grated Parmesan cheese instead of yeast flakes (I didn't have any) and it all worked beautifully. Served it over some roasted vege, yummmo! tmrc_emoticons.)
