I think I will reduce the sugar next time like Melissa did as it is very sweet, but OMG it’s addictive 👍🏻

  • I've had no issues keeping

I've had no issues keeping this for 6 weeks in sterilised jars in the fridge. Never tested it beyond that because it always gets eaten no matter how much I make.

Awesome chocolate sauce! I've made this a number of times and it keeps in the fridge for ages, even over a month and it was still great. It makes a big batch too, so always worth it!

I'd also love to know how long this may last in a sealed bottle. If it lasts for a week or two, it's perfect for my homemade Christmas hamper.

This chocolate topping is AMAZiNG! Huge hit with the family, I did however reduce the sugar by 1/4 and it was sweet enough for us! Never buying store bought topping again!
