  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 grams greek fetta, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 60 grams sun or semi dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Greek Fetta n olive dip
  1. Put pitted olives in TM bowl and gently chop 2-3sec sp 5. set aside.

     

  2. Put Garlic clove and mince 3sec sp 7

  3. Add all the other ingredients and Turbo 2 sec

  4. Add reserved olives and stir through 2sec on reverse sp 3-4

  5. Refridgerate 30min before serving with crackers of choice.
