Green Goddess Dressing

  • 3 tbsp Natural greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 anchovies
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • bunch Basil leaves
  • bunch flat parsley leaves
  • 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
  • pinch cracked pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe's preparation

    1. Blitz all ingredients in Thermomix 8 sec/speed 6.
    2. If you prefer a runnier dressing add more oil. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Accessories you need



Stores in fridge for 3 days. Delicious on any vegetable salad!

    I tried this today to go with quinoa fritters I made. I left out the anchovies and didn't put as much salt as recommended but you couldn't eat it as it was too salty. I could taste the awesome flavours though so I think if you reduced salt to 1/2-1 teaspoon it would be perfect! It's better to put much less salt and add more if needed...
