Ingredients

- 700 g tomato passata
- 240 g red wine vinegar
- 160 g molasses
- 1 orange, juice of
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 50 g Whole grain mustard
- 2 tsp Mild chilli paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g dry sherry
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce, reduced salt

Recipe's preparation
1. Place all ingredients into bowl and blend 1min/sp 10, until all ingredients are blended.
2. Cook for 40mins/sp 1 (or until thick and syrupy), with MC removed and basket placed on mixing bowl lid.
3. Serve sauce warm.
