  • 700 g tomato passata
  • 240 g red wine vinegar
  • 160 g molasses
  • 1 orange, juice of
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 50 g Whole grain mustard
  • 2 tsp Mild chilli paste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce, reduced salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place all ingredients into bowl and blend 1min/sp 10, until all ingredients are blended.

    2. Cook for 40mins/sp 1 (or until thick and syrupy), with MC removed and basket placed on mixing bowl lid.

    3. Serve sauce warm.
