This was really nice, although it didn’t look like it’d make much (I wanted it as a sauce to accompany chicken schnitzels), so I played with the quantities a bit. 100g of cream, 40g olive oil, 40g Dijon mustard, 1.5 tablespoons of honey, juice of half a lemon and a hefty dump of oregano. I then put it on 100deg for 5mins, reverse speed 1, as I wanted a hot sauce (like gravy) for our chicken. It was delicious. The oregano in particular gave a really tasty flavour. Didn’t need any salt or pepper.

What type of mustard.    I used mustard powder    Thought 40 grams was excessive so only put 10 in.      So bitter it is unedible      Think this error should be fixed.
