- 100 g Butter, Room temp
- 130 g caster sugar
- 120-150 g fresh lemon juice, 2-3 lemons
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
1. Insert Butterfly whisk into TM bowl. Place all ingredients in TM bowl.
2. Cook 15 minutes/80*/Sp 3.
3. Test to see if setting point has been reached by inserting a teaspoon, mixture should coat the back of the spoon in a thick layer. If is not thick enough cook for another minute or two at 80*/Sp 3. (Remember, It will thicken as it cools, so don't overcook it)
4. Transfer into a jar. Once completely cool, place in the fridge.
