Javanese Fruit Salad (Fruit Rujak) by @levi_nathania

Bumbu Rujak Buah

  • 300 grams fried peanuts
  • 10 cloves garlic, (thinly slice before frying)
  • 5 pieces bird's eye chili, (optional)
  • 500 grams whole palm sugar, (cut into 2 or 4)
  • 3 cm tamarind paste
  • 200 grams Drinking water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 grams shrimp paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put in 300 grams Fried Peanuts, 10 cloves garlic, 5 pieces Bird's eyeChili, 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 4 grams shrimp paste. Blend 5sec / sp 7
  2. Please put a small bowl on top of the mixing bowl lid. Measure 3 cm tamarind paste and add 200 grams drinking water, mix them well. Pour the tamarind water into the mixing bowl with strainer
  3. Add 500 grams whole palm sugar. Then blend 15 sec / sp 6. Serve with fruits
