250 g Rice Bran Oil

Recipe's preparation

- Place the mango purée, lime zest and juice, whole egg and salt in "Closed lid" speed 4, 10 seconds.

- Then speed 4, add the oil in a thin, steady stream through the opening in the lid Continue on for a further 7 minutes.

Tip

If you find that it is a bit thin at the end put the butterfly in and speed 4, 5 minutes.
