If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Blitz coriander
2. Remove from bowl and set aside
3. Add mango, ginger, chilli to bowl
4. Mix 20 sec, sp 7
5. Add egg yolks
6. Pulse turbo 2 secs (4 times)
7. Emulsify oil for 30 sec, sp 1
8. Slowly add oil through top of lid until emulsified
9. Add lime zest, coriander
10. Pulse turbo 2 secs (2 times)
11. Pour into bowl
