Mango Chilli Sauce (Hot)

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 250 grams Fresh Mango
  • 2 red chilli fresh
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 15 g lime juice
  • 70 g Tropical Fruit Juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Peel and cube the Fresh mango before starting

  2. Add the red chillis, cut but not deseeded, and the Ginger into bowl and blitz on speed 7  for 3 seconds, check the contents and re-blitz if not fine enough.  Closed lid

  3. Add the cubed mango and puree on speed 4 for 10 to 15 seconds  Closed lid

  4. Add Lime juice and Tropical Fruit juice to the the bowl and mix on speed 4 for 10 to 15 seconds Closed lid

Tip

This can be used over Cream Cheese for a Cheese Dip, used for garnish for meats. It is spicy so be warned, but it can be varied to meet your spice needs.
