- 250 grams full fat cream cheese
- 100 grams Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 spring onion
1. Place Spinach, Garlic and Onion in bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5
2. Use spatula to cut cream cheese into chunks and add to bowl, then combine all ingredients 20 sec/speed 5. If not desired consistency, add a little milk to losen the dip.
3. Serve with crackers.
This is delicious served with Marney's Spelt and Oat Crackers.
