Garlic&Lemon explosion hummus!
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 grams Canned Chickpeas, I use 250g reconstituted chickpeas #see tips at bottom
- 50-60 grams freshly squeezed lemon juice, approx 2-3 lemons depends upon taste
- 1.5 tbsp tahini, I make my own
- 40 grams extra virgin olive oil, I make and use garlic infused oil to intensify taste
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch ground paprika, spinkle to garnish

Recipe's preparation
- Place garlic into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down bowl and repeat chopping 3 sec/speed 7.
- Add chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, extra virgin olive oil, ground cumin, salt and pepper and mix 20sec/speed5. Scrape and repeat until desired consistancy, i repeat twice more then drizzle with EVO oil and garnish with paprika

Tip
I buy dried chicken peas - take 250gm and soak overnight then boil next day and let cool. Take out 250gm portions which equal 1 x 400gm can of chickpeas x it is cost effective and can be frozen in portions
