Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert Butterfly.  Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 8 min/80C/speed 3.

     

  2. Place in sterilised jars and chill until thickened.

  3. Use as filling to make tarts or simply serve as accompaniement to other sweets.

    jkorn11: Hi, thanks for checking. Our recipe is based on approx. 40g of juice. You can vary the amount of juice to use up a whole lemon or to vary the taste to suit.

    Be good if we knew the exact quantity of lemon juice as lemons are all different sizes. Mine are huge. Also I used a big lemon and cooked in supercook . Would do for a min or 2 extra
