Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Test consistency by inserting a spoon, the back should have a thick coating of the mixture. Extend cooking time if necessary to get the right consistency.
Store in sterilised jars in the fridge. I usually get enough for 4 x 300g jars & a little extra.
I don't like too many seeds in my butter so choose to strain the passionfruit & just add a tablespoon or two of seeds back into the juice.
I use the large yellow passionfruit for this recipe. As they were fresh off the vine they were quite juicy you might have to play around with quantity depending on the passionfruit you have.
