Ingredients

Peanut Butter - Super Creamy

600 g peanuts, salted or unsalted
.25 level tsp sugar
.5 level tsp salt, Use .5 t for salted and .75 t for unsalted peanuts

Recipe's preparation

Add peanuts, sugar, and salt to Thermomix bowl.

Mill peanuts for 2 min/speed 9

Scrape down sides and base with spatula

Continue to blend for 2 min/speed 9, or until desired texture is reached

Pour peanut butter into airtight jars/containers and store in frig.

Tip

Peanut butter will be very runny but will firm up a bit as it sits in frig. But it will remain creamy enough to spread!
