      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. place chilli and galric in jug 3 sec speed 7

    2. scrape side

    3. add peanut oil speed 3 temp 100 1 min

    4. add peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sause, oyster sauce and sugar speed 3 temp 100 2 mins

    5. add lime juice 30sec speed 3

    6. sever with rice paper rolls

Tip

can make own peanut butter from the basic cookbook. i made my peanut butter first then removed most added that to a jar. no need to clean jug just add more when needed.
