If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

This is my favorite peanut sauce. So quick so delicious. Forgot to buy peanuts so I used natural peanut instead. Was a bit salty, next time I'll remember the peanuts. We used it as a sauce on our vegie burgers.

Such a winner. Left it as a side dipping sauce for my boys with our chicken salad dinner and they loved it. Ran out of both peanuts and ginger so used cashews instead. Delish!

Loved it! Processed the peanuts for a fair bit longer to ensure they were processed. Used 20g coconut oil, 20g plain soy sauce (as I haven't found a gluten free kecap manis) and blended it at the end for a smooth consistency. Served with coconut rice and TM thai style fish cakes which I fried instead of steamed.

Amazing! Tastes as good as you would get from a restaurant. I blended a little at the end to make a slightly smoother sauce but that's personal choice. Thanks for posting.  tmrc_emoticons.)
