If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place all ingre into bowl.
Blend 1 minute slowly turning speed to 8.
25 mins Varoma speed 1.
scape down and blend again 30 seconds slowly to speed 8.
cook again for 10 mins Varoma Speed 1.
allow to cool and then place into Ice Cube trays or in snack zippy bags each weighing 50 gms.
I do this ...Lie bags on a plate to freeze. Then place all small bags into a bigger zippy bag in the freezer. Enjoy your pizza.

Made another batch today and added few springs oregano fresh and a small capsicum as I didn't have spinach in fridge ... last batch was lovely on pizzas and doubled for tomato paste once when I ran out
