  • 500 grams zucchini, cut into large pieces
  • 500 grams plums, piped and cut in half
  • 2 Medium onions, peeled cut in quarters
  • 250 grams raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 level teaspoons tumeric
  • 1 level teaspoons salt
  • 2 level teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1 level teaspoons Chinese Five Spice
  • 400 grams apple cider vinegar
  • 2 long red chilli

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  4. cook1 hour Veroma Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting with simmer basket rather than measure cup
  5. poor into jars, seal and stand upside down for 10 minutes
