- 500 g water
- 400 g pumpkin, peeled and cut into 2 cm cubes
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 40 g olive oil
- 50 g Tahini Paste
- 15 g Harissa paste, or to taste
- 400 g can Chickpeas, rinsed, drained
Add water to the mixing bowl. Place the pumpkin and garlic in the simmering basket. Cook for 20 mins/Varoma/speed 2.
Discard the water and place the cooled pumpkin and garlic into the mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 10-15 secs/speed 5.
