Pumpkin and Harissa Hummus

Pumpkin and harissa hummus

  • 500 g water
  • 400 g pumpkin, peeled and cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 50 g Tahini Paste
  • 15 g Harissa paste, or to taste
  • 400 g can Chickpeas, rinsed, drained

Recipe's preparation

    Pumpkin and harissa hummus
  1. Add water to the mixing bowl.  Place the pumpkin and garlic in the simmering basket. Cook for 20 mins/Varoma/speed 2.

  2. Discard the water and place the cooled pumpkin and garlic into the mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 10-15 secs/speed 5.
