Quick and Creamy Guacamole
- 200 grams avocado, (Approx. 3 medium Avo without seeds)
- 60 grams Sour Cream/ thick Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce, Or Any type- your favourite will be fine- adjust to personal heat tolerance
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, Fresh
- 1 pinch salt
- 1-2 clove fresh garlic

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Add a commentI have made this a few times now with sour cream....
I have made this a few times now with sour cream. Will try with Greek yoghurt next time. Because I live remote, I tried it with frozen avocado but wasn't a fan. Will stick to fresh! Love the garlic in it too for extra zing. 😊
