  • 1 can Chick Peas, Drained
  • 1 Fresh lemon, Juice only
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 large red capsicum
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 30 g tahini
  • 1/2 small zucchini
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add capsicum, chilli, garlic & zucchini to the TM bowl. Chop for 3 secs / speed 7

    Scrape down the sides

    Add the rest of the ingredients

    Chop for 10 secs / speed 4

    If you prefer a much smoother dip, scrape down the sides & chop for a further 5 secs / speed 4

     

  2. Sprinkle over some sweet hungarian paprika & a drizzle of olive oil before serving
