  1. 1. Combine the rhubarb, sugar, orange zest and juice, and the water in the mixing bowl and blend 10secs/speed6.
    2. Cook 30mins/Varoma/speed1.
    3. Poor into hot-rinsed airtight jars and seal immediately. Turn jars upside down for 10mins before turning right side up and allowing to cool.
  2. 1.The pectin in orange zest and juice helps in setting the jam.
