Roasted garlic, rosemary and white bean dip (gluten free dairy free)

Ingredients

1 portion(s)

  • 3 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 400 grams canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 sprig Rosemary (leaves only)
  • 1 sprig Thyme, (leaves only)
  • 15 grams olive oil
  • 15 grams white vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

    To roast the garlic:
  1. Wrap garlic cloves with skins on in aluminium foil and place in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes

  2. To make dip:
  3. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend 30 sec / speed 7. Scrape down sides and repeat until smooth or desired consistency. Season well.

    I agree - very easy to make and yummy.  I roasted the garlic cloves while I was baking the crackers to go with the dip.
