Recipe's preparation
Wrap garlic cloves with skins on in aluminium foil and place in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend 30 sec / speed 7. Scrape down sides and repeat until smooth or desired consistency. Season well.
