  • 3 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or juice of 1 lemon.
  • 2 clove garlic

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Satay Sauce
  1. 1. Add garlic cloves to bowl and chop 4sec/Spd 4 with Measuing cup on.
    2. add all other ingredients and mix for 10sec/speed 2. Repeat again if needed.
    3. Use to coat chicken or desired meat and then leave to marinate.
    4. Cook by steaming in Varoma using wet baking paper so the sauce stays in. You might also like to cook in a pan or on the BBQ.. Any way you like really.
