Spiced Carrot dip

  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place butter, cumin seeds, coriander seeds in bowl 3 mins/100 degrees /Speed 2

  2. Add 3 peeled, roughly chopped carrots, cayenne pepper & honey to bowl 10 mins/100 degrees/Speed 3

  3. Add 1 cup of water and Vege stock concentrate to bowl 15 mins/100 degrees/speed 3

  4. Season with salt/pepper and blend 5 to 10 seconds/Speed 7

  5. Serve with crackers 



Spice it up with extra cayenne pepper!
