Spicy Apricot BBQ Sauce

  • 500 grams Apricots, half and take out seeds
  • 1 onions, peeld cut in quaters
  • 5 cm ginger, peeled
  • 2 long red chillies, cut in half leave seeds in

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. place apples, onions ginger and garlic into TM Speed 5 for 6 second. scrape down sides of bowl.
  2. add vinegar, sugar salt five spice and peprica into bowl Speed 5 for 5 seconds.
  3. add apricots speed 5 for 8 seconds
  4. place basket on top instead of measuring cup. 30 minutes Veroma speed 2.
  5. poor into steralised bottles. Will keep for up to a year.
