For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients in mix bowl."Closed lid"
- Blend for 60 seconds
- Take off mc and place simmering basket on top of bowl.
- Cook for 40 minutes at 100°C speed 1 at reverse. "Counter-clockwise operation"
- Pour into sterilized jars using a funnel.
- Put lid on and turn upside down for ten minutes.
- Refrigerate. And enjoy.

Tip
I used medium strength chillis so you can adjust how much chillis you want depending on how hot you want it.
I found it to set in fridge after about 12 hours.
