  • 125 g walnuts
  • 250 g sun dried tomatoes in oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 175 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put walnuts and garlic in bowl of Thermomix. Chop 5 seconds, speed 4. Scrape down side of bowl. Chop again if needed.
  2. Put sun dried tomatoes and oil into bowl. Chop 5 seconds, speed 4. Scrape down side of bowl. Chop again if needed.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and vegetable oil. Mix 10 seconds on speed 3.5 Scrape down sides of bowl. Pour into jar. Ready to eat.

    Great to stir through roasted vegetables and put into pie base, top with sliced goats cheese and bake.
