Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add Chillis, ginger, garlic and tomatoes. Chop 30seconds/Speed 7 with MC on.
2. Add all remaining ingredients, and cook at 60 minutes/100degrees/Speed 2, with MC off, using simmering basket on top of Thermomix lid.
3. Cook for 20 minutes /Varoma/Speed 2 with MC off, using simmering basket on top of Thermomix lid. Cook additional if required to ensure texture is thick
4. Cool for 15 minutes
5. Pour into jars
