If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  • Very nice. Might try varying the amount of salt...

Very nice. Might try varying the amount of salt and lemon juice next time to suit my own tastes. I didn't have any capers when I made it and it still turned out good, but would like to try it with capers next time.

  • Yummo, found it needed a bit

Yummo, found it needed a bit more lemon and a touch of salt but that just comes down to personal preference. Very easy recipe that I will definitely make again tmrc_emoticons.)
