If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- chop garlic/ginger/green chilli for 5secs speed 5 scrape out into dish dont wash bowl then
add ghee heat 5mins 100 speed soft
then add mustard seeds/tumeric/cumin/chilli flakes cook 5mins/100/speed soft
add chopped garlic mix plus 30g vinagar and cook5min/100/speed 1
then add tomato /xylitol/salt/130g vinagar and simmer 100/50min/speed 1.5 it should have fat floating on top then you know its ready increase cooking time if needed
pour into sterilized jars it is better few days after making as flavours develop.
