  • 1 pinch parsley, basil, coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 heaped tablespoon Brown Vinegar
  • 1 medium brown onion
  • 200 grams Tomato pasta sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 heaped tablespoons plain flour

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Tomato Sauce for Pizza, Pasta, Meat Balls.
  1. Put all ingredients into TM bowl, Chop for 2-4 sec / peed 7.

    Cook on Counter-clockwise operation at  10 - 15 minutes / 100 degrees/ speed 2.
