200 g red capsicum, deceeded
1 cloves garlic, peeled
100 g raw sugar
100 g apple cider vinegar
15 g rock salt
1 level tsp dried onion flakes
1 level tsp Mustard seeds, yellow

  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

10 sec sp 8

cook no MC, basket ontop .
40 minutes 120° sp 2

mc on blitz 1 min sp 9

cook a further 10 min 120° sp 2

strain through a sieve to remove seeds.
store in fridge
