Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients in the bowl and cook Varoma/Speed 1-2/30 minutes. Place simmering basket on lid instead of MC to allow evaporation/reduction.
Blend speed 8/15 seconds or until desired texture is achieved.
Cook Varoma/Speed 1-2/10 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.

Tip
Do NOT double as the vinegar doesn't fit! I had to wait half an hour for it to reduce so the vinegar would fit.

I reduce the cooking times to 28 mins and 8 mins...
I reduce the cooking times to 28 mins and 8 mins so sauce is not quite so thick. Lovely sauce .
