Variation Honey mustard dressing

  • 50 grams honey
  • 30 grams Dijon mustard
  • 30 grams lemon juice, Freshly squeezed

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place honey, dijon mustard, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar into TM bowl and cook 2min/100 degrees/speed 2/MC off

    Measure oil into separate jug

    Turn TM on 3min/speed 3.5/MC on and slowly poor oil onto mixing bowl lid to allow to emulsify. Make sure you cover the hole in the lid between pours.

    Store in glass jar in fridge.
