If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Remove the stones from the plums, place flesh and skin in "Closed lid" .
2. "Gentle stir setting" 15 seconds/speed 5.
3. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice
4. Add sugar,
5. Cook 53 minutes/100°C/speed 1.5.
6. Place simmer basket on top of "Closed lid" to avoid splatters.
7. Steralise jars.
8. Once jars are filled and closed, place jars upside down to seal until they have cooled.
Store in a dark, cool place.
