1 level tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 level tbsp aquafaba
1/2 level tsp salt
1/2 level tsp White mustard powder
1 pinch white pepper

  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

Place jug on top of thermie bowl and measure 220g avocado oil and put aside.
Place all other ingredients in the bowl, add MC to lid and blend on speed 4 for 90 seconds whilst slowly pouring the avocado oil onto the lid so it drips into the bowl slowly.
Once blended put into jar and refrigerate. Will thicken as it cools.
