Walnut & Rosemary Pesto

  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 2 tbsp rosemary leaves
  • 100 grams extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 anchovies
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  • 40 grams parmigiana reggiano (optional)

Recipe's preparation

    1. Combine all ingredients in Thermomix 10 sec/speed 6.
    2. Blitz until a paste is formed. If you prefer a chunkier texture blitz for less time for a smoother texture blitz for longer.
    3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
