  • 90 g onion, cut in halves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 400 g Tinned tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 15 g fresh basil, leaves only
  • 15 g fresh parsley, leaves only
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 60 g Red or Green Capsicum, diced
  • 70 g Celery, chopped
  • 400 g corn kernels, drained
  • 400 g four bean mix, drained

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place onion and garlic in mixing bowl and chop 3sec/sp5 Scrape sides of bowl with spatula

    2. Add olive oil and saute 2min/100deg/sp1

    3. Add tomatoes, stock paste, sugar and pepper. Cook 5min/100deg/sp2

    4. Add remaining ingredients and cook 5min/100deg/Counter-clockwise operation/sp2
