Whipped Feta with Honey Dip
- 200 g Danish feta cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, or 1 teaspoon of minced garlice
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 85 g honey
- 20 g pistachio nut
- 10 g fresh chives
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add Garlic cloves to bowl chop 3 sec/speed 7 scrape down bowl
- add feta cheese, cream cheese, pepper and dried basil and mix 20-40 sec/speed 4.5 or until all cream cheese is incorporated.
- scrape into bowl and make a well in the centre. Poor honey into the centre of the dip and sprinkle with pistachios and chopped chives. serve and enjoy!
