Worcestershire Sauce

  • 690 grams Apple Cidar Vinegar
  • 190 grams treacle
  • 130 grams plum jam
  • 15 grams fresh ginger
  • 15 grams garlic
  • 5 grams ground cloves
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne peper

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Sauce
  1. 1. Put all of the ingredients into thermomix bowl.

    2. Select speed 10 for 30 seconds. 

    3. Cook for 10 minutes on 120C on speed 2 

    4. Cook for 40 minutes on 100C on speed 2.

    5. Process for 60 seconds on speed 8.
