Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 425grams can Chick Peas, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini Paste
  • 40 grams Olive Oil.
  • 60 grams Lemon Juice.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin.
  • paprika, to serve
  • salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic in mixing bowl and chop 3sec/speed7. scrape down sides of bowl.

    Add all remaining ingredients except paprika and mix 30 sec/speed 5. or until desired consistency is achieved.

    If you like a runnier hommus add extra lemon juice and olive oil.

    Sprinkle with paprika to serve
