We had some fresh zucchini from our veggie patch and I was looking for a quick easy recipe to use them up. This dip was quite nice. We made our own tahini using the thermomix basic recipe.

I love this recipe - thank
I love this recipe - thank you! I toasted the spices with a large handful of walnuts in a frypan first and also added some fresh mint and parsley with all the ingredients in the TM bowl. I only used the juice of half of lemon. I spread the dip on toasted ciabatta bread with feta and tomato for a delicious lunch.
My first time on this site
My first time on this site and this is the first recipe I tried. Easy and delicious. Thank you. xx
Thanks very much for this
Thanks very much for this recipe - great option
Thanks for this, I made it
Thanks for this, I made it for a demo for a guest who is grain, nut and seed free, so I substituted the tahini for pear purée and it's actually quite tasty.
Thank you so much for this
Thank you so much for this recipe. My husband is Low FODMAPS, gluten, dairy, refined sugar and nightshade free - so it is extremely difficult to find yummy food for him. This is beautiful.
Thanks for the question Anna.
Thanks for the question Anna. I think the best way to get the liquid out would be to chop the zucchini first, squeeze as much liquid out as possible, using the basket or a strainer and then complete by adding remaining ingredients. I couldn't add chick peas as they are not low FODMAP.
I was keen to try this fresh
I was keen to try this fresh take on hommus. I found the texture a bit watery though (any suggestions?). I added a tin of chickpeas and rewhizzed and it come out nice and thick . Thanks for sharing.
