  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 level tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Red Chillies, small
  • 1 400 gm can chick pease
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 75gm fetta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Chop parsley 4 secs speed 7, set aside


     

  2. 2. Chop garlic, chillie  and onion 3 secs speed 7.


     

  3. 3. Add olive oil to garilc mix. Cook 100C, 2 mins speed  1. Set aside in fridge to cool so it does not melt feta when you mix it.


     

  4. 4. Drain Chick peas, rinse, place in salad bowl. Add crumbled feta,  chopped spring onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add cooled onion and garlic mix and remaining oil. Mix well.
